Returns and Refunds Policy

Return for cooling-off and right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised no later than 7 days after receipt of the product.

The return request must be sent via the return form on our website machinesaroma.com/assistance-aroma.

After receipt of the return authorisation, the product must be sent by the customer to CAMAR s.r.l. in via Matteotti 107 Frignano 81030 (CE)

Otherwise, a request can be made for collection by Camar srls, which will send a courier to the address indicated. In this case, the refund will be net of the transport costs incurred.

  • The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999 are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the customer will receive an email confirming or rejecting the return. In the event of a positive outcome, a transfer of the amount due to the current account will be made.

In order for the return or exchange to be authorised, it is necessary that

  • The request is sent no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods;
  • The return is communicated via the online form and authorised by e-mail via the address: info@macchinearoma.com
  • The product in question is returned undamaged, in perfect condition and with original packaging;
  • In the case of purchase of film options, the return cannot be made if the product is peeled.
  • The return request must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusion Cases

Excluded are all customised products, or products containing optional extras chosen by the customer. These products cannot be returned, as they are made to specific request.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Return and VAT 

The right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code, concerns only the consumer. The notion of 'consumer' is set out in Art. 3 lett. A.D. lgs. 206/05: 'consumer or user: the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activity carried out'. Therefore, since he is a professional, and not a consumer, he cannot exercise the right of withdrawal governed by the Consumer Code.
