YOUR MACHINE DOES NOT TURN ON?
Check that the power outlet is working. If the problem persists, contact our support

IS THE MACHINE NO LONGER BREWING COFFEE?
  • Check that there is water in the tank
  • Check that the silicone tube is properly immersed in the can / tank

DOES THE MACHINE HAVE AN UNEXPECTED NOISE DURING DISPENSING?
  • Check that there is water in the can / tank
  • Check that the rear silicone tube is correctly inserted in the special tray

IS THE MACHINE LEAKING WATER FROM THE WATER PRESS?
  • Check that the pod is correctly positioned in its housing during dispensing
  • Check that the pod press adheres perfectly to the pod inserted until it clicks shut
  • Check that the o-ring is present in the lower part of the pod press

DOES THE MACHINE DELIVER TOO FAST?
  • Always use good quality pods with a suitable weight (ESE 44 mm): a pod with poor quality / quantity ground coffee jeopardizes the result in the cup for a good coffee!
  • Adjust the brass pod press or lever depending on the model used.

DOES THE MACHINE HAVE TOO SLOW DISPENSING?
  • Check that there is water in the tank
  • Try descaling and cleaning the circuits (buy our Descaler and our Detergent) * with products that are never too aggressive, acidic or unsuitable

IS YOUR MACHINE LEAKING FROM THE TOP OF THE BOILER PRESSURE?
  • With constant use of the machine, the upper part of the pod press can loosen or wear its O-rings, therefore we recommend that you replace the worn parts or adjust the brew group at our authorized service center.

  • Check that there is water in the can / tank

IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT ...

  • It is important, after each brewing, to remove the pod from the appropriate housing: if you do not do it immediately after brewing the coffee, you risk also removing the special seal together with the now dry pod. If this happens, run the machine only with water for 3 seconds with the lever open, so that the dry pod can be easily detached.

  • The tank of your machine must be adequately filled with water, if you do not do it you risk damaging the dispensing pump.
  • Carry out a washing cycle of the dispensing circuit once a month, with a suitable detergent. Do not use aggressive detergents and / or acids. We recommend our cleaner and then follow the instructions on the label.
  • Remember that water contains calcium and magnesium salts which, when heated, can form limescale, which is harmful to all appliances, and must therefore be eliminated. The procedure for removing limescale should be repeated according to the use of the machine and the hardness of the water, approximately every 6 months and has only 3 simple steps. We recommend our descaler and then follow the instructions on the label.
  • We remind you that all defects caused by poor maintenance and / or use of your machine are excluded from the warranty, therefore remember to always carry out periodic cleaning and descaling!
