IT IS USEFUL TO KNOW THAT...
-
It is important, after each brew, to remove the pod from its housing: if you do not do this immediately after brewing coffee, you risk also removing the gasket together with the now dry pod. If this happens, have the machine only dispense water for 3 seconds with the lever open, so that the dry pod is easily removed.
-
Your machine's tank must be adequately filled with water, if not you risk damaging the delivery pump.
-
Carry out a cleaning cycle of the dispensing circuit once a month, with an appropriate detergent. Do not use aggressive detergents and/or acids. We recommend our detergent and therefore follow the instructions on the label.
-
Remember that water contains calcium and magnesium salts that, when heated, can form limescale, which is harmful to all household appliances and must therefore be removed. The limescale removal procedure should be repeated, depending on the use of the machine and the hardness of the water, about every 6 months and consists of only 3 simple steps. We recommend our descaling agent and therefore follow the instructions on the label.
-
Please note that all defects caused by poor maintenance and/or use of your machine are excluded from the warranty, so remember to always carry out regular cleaning and descaling!
