24-MONTH WARRANTY

THE WARRANTY INCLUDES

  • Malfunctions or failures of machine parts attributable to construction faults
  • Malfunctions or failures of machine parts attributable to materials
  • Malfunctions or failures of machine parts attributable to labour
  • Damage caused by careless transport and/or handling after signing 'subject to reservation' at the time of delivery
  • Faults and/or breakages due to limescale or coffee build-up
  • Failures of wear parts (o-rings, buttons, filter holder, etc.)
  • Pump malfunction
  • Scratches or aesthetic defects caused by transport after signing 'subject to reservation' on delivery

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Damage caused by improper use of the machine or use not covered by this manual
  • Faults and breakages not attributable to machine malfunctioning
  • Faults caused by electrical surges and short circuits
  • Failure to carry out routine maintenance in accordance with our Manual
  • For all other causes not attributable to the Producer
  • Damage not attributable to faulty workmanship, construction or materials
  • Damage caused by modifications and/or interventions not authorised by the manufacturer
