Plus+ Ocean
The Plus Ocean is our car dressed in the colors of the deepest ocean and it is our way of supporting a special project: safeguarding sea turtles together with the Domizia Association .
The Ocean has all the top-of-the-line features of the Plus, plus it benefits the ocean and its inhabitants. In fact, for every car sold, 5% of the proceeds will go to support the association and its activities .
The machine features a glass tank, a patented standard brewing group, an adjustable brass pod press, and a removable and detachable filter holder. Furthermore, all plastic parts not strictly necessary for coffee brewing have been eliminated.

PATENTED STANDARD DISPENSING GROUP
The group consists of a heat exchanger with two brass torpedoes inside the boiler, which create the water flow. This design allows for even and constant heating of the water. Furthermore, the group guarantees the creamiest blends and temperature stability, even with multiple coffees brewed consecutively.
ADJUSTABLE BRASS POD PRESS
This allows you to adjust the lever pressure to find the optimal pressing force for the various types of pods on the market. The pod press can be rotated manually without the use of tools. Rotating it clockwise softens the lever, while rotating it counterclockwise hardens it. Furthermore, you can easily compensate for gasket wear or the physiological mechanical failure of components, without requiring the intervention of a technician.
REMOVABLE AND DETACHABLE FILTER HOLDER
Only Aroma machines have a removable filter holder. With a few simple steps, you can completely remove the filter holder and clean it. A fixed filter holder doesn't allow you to remove the coffee deposits that form inside. Washing the filter holder with plain water once a week will ensure your coffee machine always performs at its best.
The dispensing group
Once dispensing is complete, the solenoid valve diverts the water flow from the group to the drain pipe, opening it. This electrical process allows excess water to flow into the waste tray, wasting as little water as possible. The solenoid valve is made of brass, copper, and steel and is installed on the premium versions of the range.

Sustainable future
We're increasingly focused on a green future. Our goal is to produce 100% plastic-free machines by 2025, using recycled and recyclable materials so that our coffee has no environmental impact whatsoever.
Why Plus Ocean was born
At Aroma, we have always been sensitive to environmental issues and the preservation of the local area. Over the years, we've collaborated on various projects in the Campania region, and this time we wanted to support an association we're particularly close to by creating a machine that aligns with their goals. For this reason, we've eliminated all plastic from the Plus that isn't strictly necessary for brewing coffee, and have incorporated a steel lever and grille.
The ELSA Association
It is committed to biodiversity conservation, focusing on the protection of the loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta). Its activities include monitoring nestings, rescuing endangered specimens, and raising community awareness to address environmental threats such as climate change, pollution, and reckless fishing.
The objectives of the Association
ELSA aims to make the Domitian-Phlegrean Coast a model of sustainable development by promoting ecotourism, enhancing local resources like the Castel Volturno white truffle, and actively engaging the community. Its projects combine environmental protection, social inclusion, and cultural enhancement.

BRASS GROUP ZERO RELEASES
The brass brew group ensures extra creamy brewing and temperature stability even after multiple consecutive coffees. The gray color is due to the surface treatment applied exclusively to our brew groups. This treatment complies with stringent German food contact regulations and prevents the release of lead and other harmful substances, as brass is present in higher quantities than in the mixed brew group (installed as standard).
HIGH TEMPERATURE THERMOSTAT
The 95°C high-temperature thermostat, compared to the standard 93°C one, is designed for those who prefer extra-hot coffee. It's ideal for robust blends to bring out their intense flavor. We recommend preheating the cup if it's glass or ceramic to avoid thermal shock, or using a disposable paper cup.
STANDBY KIT
With this option, you can set the length of your coffees, whether long or short. Delivery will stop after a number of seconds you set yourself. Furthermore, the buttons feature a standby mode, so the machine will automatically turn off after 9 minutes if not in use, saving you significant energy and ensuring a worry-free coffee break.
IXELLE JAR
The standard Aroma water tank holds 700 ml. With IXELLE, you can increase the capacity to 1700 ml.
Simply place it near or behind your Aroma and connect the water intake tube. Enjoy your infused drinks. IXELLE is made of glass and dishwasher safe for maximum hygiene.
