It's useful to know that...
- It's important to remove the pod from the pod holder after each brew: if you don't do this immediately after brewing the coffee, you risk dislodging the gasket along with the now-dry pod. If this happens, run the machine with water only for 3 seconds with the lever open to easily remove the dry pod.
- Your car's tank must be adequately filled with water, otherwise you risk damaging the dispensing pump.
- Run a monthly flush cycle of the dispensing circuit with a suitable detergent. Do not use harsh detergents and/or acids. We recommend our detergent and follow the instructions on the label.
- Remember that water contains calcium and magnesium salts that, when heated, can form limescale, which is harmful to all appliances and must therefore be removed. The limescale removal process should be repeated approximately every 6 months, depending on the machine's use and the hardness of the water, and consists of only 3 simple steps. We recommend using our descaler and following the instructions on the label.
- Please remember that all defects caused by poor maintenance and/or use of your machine are excluded from the warranty, so always remember to clean and descale it periodically!
