What is the difference between Aroma PLUS and Aroma X?

Many of you have asked us this. In this article, we'll try to reveal all the differences between Aroma PLUS and Aroma X.

Delivery Group

The Aroma PLUS and the Aroma X have two different groups. The former has the standard group (in aluminum and brass), while the latter has the smart group (all aluminum). You can find the technical specifications of the two groups at this link: https://macchinearoma.eu/perche-noi

Regulation

The Aroma PLUS has adjustable lever pressure , thanks to the brass pod press: turning it to the right will make the lever softer, while turning it to the left will make it stiffer.

This will allow you to find the perfect pressure based on your favorite pod.

The Aroma X, on the other hand, has a fixed aluminium pod press.

So how do you adjust the lever pressure on the Aroma X? Using the PET spacer you'll find on the side of the machine when you purchase it. Learn how to use the spacer.

Filter Holder

Both models have a removable filter holder for cleaning and routine maintenance. By rotating the spout clockwise and lifting it, you can remove the filter holder, including the filter and spout, and proceed to sanitize the parts. Tank

Both models have a glass water tank.

What changes between the two models is the aesthetics:

More color in the X, more mirrored steel in the PLUS. Choose the version that best matches your decor.

Dimensions

The dimensions of the two models are identical, except for the height: the PLUS is 1 cm smaller.
